Governance and Management
Our Core Principles

Governance and Management

Our organizational guiding path, values, and strategic horizons focused on enhancing health outcomes for all citizens in Nepal.

Corporate Governance & Transparent Management

Nepal CRS Company holds governance as its premier organizational baseline. As a non-profit company registered under Section 166 of the Companies Act, we are audited annually by registered corporate accountants and report directly to our diverse Board of Directors and primary funding agents (such as USAID, Save the Children, and KfW).

Administrative Audits

All programmatic finances, procurement costs, and logistical subsidies are vetted multiple times via robust global checklists to secure financial hygiene.

Multi-Sector Representation

The executive board represents both public MoHP officers, medical consulting specialists, and non-governmental social developers to avoid isolated policy biases.

Quality Compliance

All contraceptive shipments undergo double diagnostic checks: manufacturer chemical verification and national custom evaluation before commercial delivery.

A Public-Private Alliance

We act as a primary operational bridge in Nepal's government initiatives. While national state health posts supply direct contraceptives at governmental depots, CRS targets the vast private sector (responsible for 60% of first-line client interactions) to guarantee total coverage.
